Software settings
Our company provides a 2-year warranty on all manufactured products. The exception are products made of PMMA material, which are covered by a 3-month warranty. The warranty is valid upon presentation of the order number and warranty certificate.
The custom-made device meets the general requirements of Annex I points 1 and 7 VIII of Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC.
Primomill® is not responsible for:
- any negative effects resulting from incorrect execution of the project in STL digital form by the client
- incorrect handling during further stages of prosthetic work with the framework
- effects resulting from accidents
